Work with experts in the CRE field Engagements with top tier clients Pay is good, bonuses are really good! You learn cutting edge process to solve tough problems
Cons
Training can be intense and if you are not getting it you are out Work/life balance can be rough during big deals

Pros
They provide opportunities for staff to add value in many ways. Fast paced with strong focus on results. If you are a producer, they will love you forever and you will never be bored. Great place for anyone who doesn't want to feel like a widget maker on an assembly line.
Cons
Infrastructure is improving but still needs TLC. It's a company full of people who are great at doing their jobs. Need more hierarchy staffed with people skilled at turning great producers into a great company.
