While bonuses can be good, they are entirely contingent upon whether upper management likes you. CEO has personally financially penalized employees because of anger.
Good entry level position, exposure to industry, small company, good benefits and bonuses, young culture, outings are fun.
Cons
Workflow and training is inconsistent. Months will go by and no big project will come through. Many days spent staring at computer screen trying to find work to do/file. No room for growth. Lots of turnover. Associates/analysts come and go within 2 years.
