      A very good, team atmosphere. Knowledgeable senior staff. Company has lot of good clients need little more efforts to grow Big. Hard working Payroll and Accounting department - I learned how to do things the right way. Very helpful and friendly co-workers from top-to-bottom.

      I have great experience at Realsoft Tech. I have worked with other staffing firms in my past and Realsoft’s is not 'staffing'. It is real consulting work where in our Clients place their trust in the leadership and past performance of the Firm. I left Realsoft a year ago and I returned six months later. Working with them is great experience and not planning to go anywhere. Clients trust them and so do I. The CEO once said that trust and credibility is key. That's the path of this Firm.

      More name-throw mechanism needs to be in place.
