      Market rate salary "unlimited" PTO

      Cons

      The product was consistently broken and the leadership team would scramble to make promises to clients in an effort to retain. The leadership team's cconsistent infighting and lack of focus on aligning acquired businesses creates a toxic environment. This was the worst place I ever worked. Run.
