The salary but no money would’ve been enough to stay in that environment
Cons
Worse boss who quite literally managed a sports team all day in his office and literally told us it’s an easy job. Not much to do. No direction. Toxic behaviors coming from the top down. There was a class action lawsuit and I randomly received a few hundred dollars from it but not worth it. My two team members were friends of the manager and their convos were always sexual and disgusting.
