      * good tech stack * great engineers to work with / learn from * my manager was great

      Cons

      * terrible culture / HR imposes stack rank on employees * massive frequent layoffs * changes to employee handbook regularly to do things like cut PTO, increase # of hours required to work each day, removal of remote work, etc
