No growth, unfair practices, leadership is a joke

Too many to name but the two biggest are being micro managed severely by incompetent people who have zero sales experience and try and tell you how to do sales. The second thing which may actually be worse is that they say you’ll make 120k with OTE however, this does not include the clawback commissions you have to pay back for every agent that cancels your order because the leads are trash, if you hit goal you’re supposed to make 6k in commission however with the deductions they take from cancellations, it’s about 2k so realistically, you work all day for 6k a month before taxes. Good luck surviving the extreme cost of living with a family on this.
