Pros

None. This place is awful. Leadership is bias. The company is selling so their workers (unless you’re in c-suite or upper management) are treated like cash cattle. The training director is a prime example of the favoritism, biases, and corruption that runs so deep throughout the company.

Cons

Everything. They are not a good place to work. When I first met the training director (after almost 2 months of being on the training team) she told me that she never wanted me there and the only reason I was in training was because of the contributions that I made to the company throughout my tenure there (I was in management and also build and facilitated many trainings to help improve KPIs and the overall experience of new hires). A few months later, I was forced to switch role from training to project management under the threat of “not being able to secure my job as a remote worker”. Still, a few months after that, my role was moved from remote to “in-person” but my responsibilities were shifted to a fully remote worker (which is highly illegal but they know how to manipulate the system to stay out of hot water). Before I left I was told they were intentionally making it impossible to get bonuses/raises. HR is NOT your friend, be careful. The new CEO is a monster and has made earning money impossible because the commission based employees were given a moving target so they can never exceed expectations and make more money regardless of how much or how hard they work. Realtor is NOT A GOOD PLACE TO WORK and there is a reason their competitors are taking the lead.
