Working at Realtor.com has offered me the least stressful job I've had in my entire career.

Cons

When I started at Realtor.com, I felt good about the company and the role. However, leadership has shown a lack of respect for loyal employees. Feedback about ways to make work more effective is rarely taken. Most recently, rushed decisions were made to make us return to a hybrid work model, with no increase in compensation. In general, the pay has not kept up with inflation and there is little room for advancement.

Great place for entry level “sales,” can help build confidence needed to approach people in the phone.

Cons

A lot of glaring issues that weren’t acknowledged on the floor, transparency was a big issue that I feel like could’ve been solved if managers weren’t forced to give yes man answers to their reps constantly. Progress moving forward towards other aspects of the company seemed to be very “who you know” instead of “what you know.” In my opinion.
