      Pros

      The company really seems to believe in work / life balance and doesn't put on unnecessary time pressure so you can focus on doing good work in the right way. Best of all, people are friendly and helpful.

      Cons

      Given the number of teams and parts of the products that need to work together, it can take time to understand how things fit together and who to talk to. You need to be willing to learn many things and comfortable meeting new people. It just takes time.
