Pros
Reasonable to great pay. You get a base hourly wage on top of your sales commissions. So you get paid hourly but you’re really here for the un-capped sales commissions. Not only is the pay great once you get yourself going but the company offers a TON of benefits as well. Not only do you get the basics like Paid time off vacation, sick time, personal floating holidays, paid holidays, Medical, dental, vision, and matching 401k contribution from the company up to a certain percentage. They also provide mental health benefits, fertility benefits for those trying to have a baby and much more!
Cons
You’re going to have to work. Like legitimately put in your effort to learn the business, learn the real estate market and what’s going on in it as it is always changing. It’s sales so you will have to learn the sales process. There is a lot of information to learn so you will have to pay attention. You have to have hard profesional conversations with agents and brokers sometimes. There is a lot of rejection in this role so you have to have thick skin, be able to take constructive feedback apply the feedback and move forward. There are minimum performance plans you have to meet on a monthly basis. It’s going to take some time for you to get comfortable in the role and get a steady process going. Over all, I think the pro’s outweigh the cons once you get the hang of things.

- upper management is always looking to improve - direct supervisors are very welcoming and open with information and helping you grow within the company - very open and honest upper management (very transparent) - work from home - fun spiffs, bonuses and contests to earn more money - great healthcare benefits - great workplace benefits - fun holiday party -alot of diversity on my team and other teams
Cons
- need a higher base salary
