Constant layoffs No growth No learning opportunities Leadership is clueless Strong emphasis on a newly bought company which has no clear path to growth and its leaders just looking to get to the top without paying attention to the company or its product Bad benefits No innovation Very focused on copying from competitors and not being tech focused rather focusing on call centers

Decent work-life balance and comp. Interesting space with business opportunities.

Cons

Only politics matters, constant territory battles across functions, many leadership changes. Heavily me vs we environment. Worst culture I’ve seen when it comes to collaboration, no real strategy, dated technology and super weak leadership. There are SO many better opportunities in the bay, and I wouldn’t recommend getting into this mess.
