When me and my class of 22 were on seat the first day we heard that there is a 90% attrition rate in the first 90 days, I thought for sure they were mistaken and misheard "retention". Unfortunately not, and its been that way for a very long time somehow built into their hiring model. Most of us were so embarrassed we dont even put it on our resume.
