Lots of smart and fun people to work with Good benefits, flex PTO, gives lots of free swag to employees

Cons

Management is terrible, which is why they're bleeding talent. Senior management is dismissive, elitist, political, and impersonal and routinely shrug off employee requests for raises, transparency, or any backbone. It doesn't seem like regular employees are valued or respected.
