There’s no base salary, so it’s fully commission-based, which can be tough if you’re just starting out. Support is available if you ask for it, but mentorship is limited, so this setup is better suited for agents who are already self-motivated and have a good handle on working leads independently. Overall, it’s a solid opportunity if you’re looking to plug into a lead system and don’t need heavy guidance to close deals.

Agents are own there own less you join a team. You do pay a monthly fee to be part of their group which is sort of a con except with the 100% commission structure. It works out much better as long as you’re productive so it’s really a positive. Since the fee covers things like Endo Insurance and Broker support, including their software tools, etc. I do find a great deal of value in being part of this brokerage. One con to their marketing tools as they seem overly focused on promoting recruitment of other agents. I would like to see more focus on property, marketing, and agent marketing material.
