If you are looking for a team that is driven by Zillow leads, look no further

Cons

You get less than 1% on leads through Zillow. Training is lacking, even though it is the Sanders Team you will never see either one of them. Very numbers driven, because main or only lead source is Zillow

Plenty of Support (if needed), positive up-beat culture, honesty, integrity, agent focused.

Cons

Nothing to mention. This company is doing all the "right" things. I was previously at RE/MAX and owned a franchise. Realty One Group has fully embraced and implemented the concept of paying agents 100% of their hard earned commissions.
