If you are just starting out as a new realtor or you are a seasoned realtor with extensive experience realty one is a reputable company that will meet you at your experience level and help you grow to new heights in your career. If you are a new realtor they offer training and start you off at a 70/30 split. Once you have a few transactions under your belt you can come off your newbie compensation plan and get a quick raise to 100 percent of your compensation when you are ready to handle the transactions on your own and have a minimum amount of transactions completed. Now there is a 200 transaction fee and 25.00 monthly office fee and e/o insurance that is paid twice a year. Broker was exceptional. Very knowledgable and readily available and I usually got same day response to pressing questions during a tough transaction. multiple locations, east and west valley. Company is on the move and growing, ranked top 5 for fastest growing company from 2009-2014.

Cons

They only offered black and white copies. Clients like colored flyers and Mls printouts. To me it's all about presentation. So make sure you plan ahead and print your flyers from home before heading out as the office doesn't offer this option. This is not a big deal for most but I really couldn't think of any other con and I had to put something.
