Pros
Rebling has a very relaxed atmosphere and someone isn't always breathing down your neck. You can work at your own pace as long as the work gets done. They were very supportive while I was learning the position. The work is very routine so you know what to expect
Cons
Hesitant to change when it comes to new ideas. (doesn't mean they wont)
