Pros

Most of my co-workers are fantastic. We have each others’ backs. The company covers insurance premiums, which is also a con. See below.

Cons

No growth, stagnant pay, and low morale (due to management). Voicing an opposing opinion about literally anything gets you labeled as negative or toxic. Yearly reviews are a joke. We bet on who will get the worst score, because we all know what’s up. Because the covered premiums are considered a part of your overall compensation, it is used as the reason to avoid yearly increases. I was told that the amount paid for my family’s insurance amounts to an additional $13/hr. However, if you choose to opt out, you receive only an additional $100 a month. The 401K no longer has any employer match. Used to have wonderful supervisors, but they kept quitting. Lost a lot of good coworker because the company culture rewards those who go along to get along, and punished those who voice concerns, ask questions or don’t smile and say hello to every single person that comes within ten feet of them.
