6yThank you for your comments. RECARO values a work - life balance and we are always looking for ways to create a better balance for our employees. We are happy to hear that you are enjoying your PTO benefits and travel and growth opportunities. RECARO has several succession planning programs in place to promote internal growth and advancement. We were excited to celebrate the internal promotion of more than 50 employees in 2019! There is always room for improvement, so we will continue to work with our lean team for options to speed workflow and creativity.

Our employees put a lot of time and effort into RECARO's growing success and it's important to us that employees know they are appreciated. Thank you for providing feedback in regards to cooperation and support between departments. Communication is important as many departments must work together for a successful outcome. We will continue to look for areas in which we can improve relations between different departments.
