      Pros

      Recaro is a great brand, great product.

      Cons

      Product quality going downhill, Adient now owns them and doesn't understand how to do anything outside the scope of OEM (regarding production, quality, distribution, customer service). Sewing moving to Mexico; production being taken away from skilled workers in Auburn Hills, being given to union OEM workers at Bridgewater Detroit.

      Miscommunication, shoot-from-the-hip decisions, hostile environment, redefining of job descriptions, lower than industry pay/bonuses

      Pros

      Many opportunities to broaden your skill set and work on projects outside of "expertise". Great team of co workers. Excellent PTO and work life balance.

      Cons

      Very dynamic atmosphere. Must be able to be change priorities quickly without complaining and get the job done.
