      Paid insurance Flexible schedule as long as you are not in production. Lots of paid time off

      Turn around ratio is high

      Recaro is a great place to work. Their benefits are like none I have ever seen. With approx. 2 week paid off during Christmas.

      The salaries are a little below average

      Pros

      Recaro is a great brand, great product.

      Cons

      Product quality going downhill, Adient now owns them and doesn't understand how to do anything outside the scope of OEM (regarding production, quality, distribution, customer service). Sewing moving to Mexico; production being taken away from skilled workers in Auburn Hills, being given to union OEM workers at Bridgewater Detroit.
