      Typically friendly environment, good people to work with good benefits

      Cons

      Difficulty communicating with out counter parts in RAG, a lot of things still done with band-aids or quick fixes that we end up having to fix later.

      Pros

      Good Hourly staff that works very hard.

      Cons

      Very poor upper management that treats staff like basic numbers. No direction or help just a get it done attitude, but will not provide you with the training and tools to complete the job. Human Resources is a joke she should be called inhuman resources. There is no reason to work hard because you will be treated the same if you put in the bare minimum. I do not recommend working here unless you want to be under paid, over worked and treated like you are a robot.
