      Pros

      There is a matching 401K and an additional contribution by the company. The plant is extremely clean. Easy access to I-75.

      Cons

      New management is directorial instead of part of the team. Company team work is absent. This company has become somewhere to know your place.

      1. Organized documentation system. 2. Lean manufacturing environment. Tight ship. 3. Still small enough that it fosters a family environment.

      1. Company growth too fast; processes / procedures need time to catch up. 2. Career paths exist, but need definition and clarity. 3. Corporate goals were not adequately relayed to the masses.
