      Medical benefits. Vacation time. Holiday pay. Clean work environment.

      Cons

      sr. management operates in a bubble and has no clue how to fix the issues. they rely on opinions and hearsay to run day to day business. More high level positions are continuing to be added to address issues that are not resolved due to incompetencies of sr management.

      The company pays for the medical insurance and PTO plus holidays is somewhere around 5-6 weeks a year

      Cons

      The company depends a lot of the feedback from headquarters in Germany and the department budgets are very very small.
