Pros

I enjoy working at this establishment and enjoy the people that I work with. The managers are there for their people and willing to talk transparently when issues arise. I appreciate the eagerness to counsel and guide their employees and conduct regular meetings to keep all staff informed. Generous pay and good benefits are also great.

Cons

Since there are multiple shifts, there can be a communication lag.
