      Yearly marketing sales trip fantastic location

      Cons

      - very bad hours , no movement, terrible managers, high turnover, favouritism, old systems, caught up in numbers and performance, no respect for employees, misguided people, made for working like trolls with no work life balance. overall terrible place to work, avoid avoid avoid. Try any other CPG , you will be respected.

      - You can make things different. You own things and you see changes you made. This sense of achievement is not replaceable - Unlike other companies, it makes fast decision and act on it immediately. So that you won't waste time and energy to get everyone agree with you and then to start a project. - No office politics, people here focus on business, not on relationship.

      Cons

      Lack of process.... but hey if you have so many process, you won't be able to move fast and realize your ideas, isn't it?
