Great company to experience the craziness of FMCG

Pros

Great company atmosphere with international colleagues and informal culture. Fast-paced environment with a lot of opportunities and entrepreneurial spirit throughout the company.

Cons

Shortage of workforce resulting in employees having to simultaneously deal with a lot of projects and lack of procedure enforcement. Oftentimes employees do as they wish in the spirit of entrepreneurship and bypass company procedures (e.g. getting approval from certain departments for budgeting etc.). High emphasis on costs to drive growth (long-term effects?)

Pros

Feel like you're on track with your career, chance to be exposed to bigger brands and some interesting projects.

Cons

Despite the official values, can have a very 'yes-culture' where good ideas or bad have to be gone along with due to little room for discussion with decisions coming from above. Lack of human touch.
