Pros

Good place for extremely ambitious and motivated people - with a commercial mind Fast progression as long as you deliver results - regardless of tenure/experience Complete brand ownership - marketing, sales, Trade, Supply etc. Its like running your own business

Cons

High work hours and ZERO work life balance Only suits extroverts - confidence is prioritised over competence Very limited formal training or mentoring - 100% on the job learning International mobility is a must
