Private health cover (no dental) Opportunity to follow interests/ lead your personal development. Good diversity and inclusion events - feels like a safe space Good union representation on site

No visibility of pay scales/bands. Reduced benefits. 10 year bonus day off cancelled. Variability of managers/manager support. Reduced headcount, increased workload. Less external training opportunities in recent years . Variable culture - not always collaborative. Understanding of disability and neurodiversity can be inconsistent
