The benefits package was decent

Cons

The work is overwhelming, favoritism in the HR Dept. Unseasoned and inexperienced people being promoted with no training. No training program in place for onboarding new HR folks, antiquated systems and processes. No support form Sr. Management or the Executives. Corporate heavy handed with all decisions, no room for managers or professionals to manage their respective areas.

The overall ideology of the company is superb.

Cons

Almost everything else. The pay is abysmal as is the amount of company recognized holidays (3 days!). The benefits are also "just ok".

Management, no room for growth if management see you as a smarter person than themself, vacation based on seniority, and they love to take the days you want, just for fun.
