      Toxic Environment All Over

      1. Increased Resilience 2. Motivation to find better Opportunities 3. Appreciation for other employers 4. Wine and Dine Culture for those who rubberstamp on Senior Management orders

      Cons

      1. Clannish Culture - It is a Friendship network where inner circle dominance runs openly. So many different forms of favoritism, unprofessionalism and biases control your career. This starts at the very top and trickles down to so many different levels. 2. Stress and Health Issues - stress and anxiety caused by the toxic environment. 3. No-one solves your problems even when mentioned to HR. 4. Poor work life balance, Low Morale, no career growth (except for a few in the inner circle).
