Pay is pretty good and benefits are probably one of best

Cons

Can be stressful at times in the environment and won't get any fulfillment from this job as just directing people where they can dump their stuff so not really and skill required.

The overall goal of the company is admirable, decent health benefits, great company activities (not during the pandemic).

Cons

The management of the customer service team is atrocious. Very catty attitude and prone to publicly shaming someone over a simple question/mistake. Hands down the most unprofessional experience of my career.
