-The people were all friendly, easy to work with, same for all the managers I interacted with -Good salary and benefits -Opportunities for growth/advancement -Lots of opportunities to get involved in volunteer days, events, trainings, etc -Overall great place to work

Cons

None, I really liked this job. If you don't enjoy the waste sector or believe in waste zero that could be a negative as the culture is very much passionate about preventing waste

Overtime, pay is ok, should be better

Cons

Terrible equipment, HR department runs and this place. Pay is far less than most garbage companies. You work your route and are expected to stay out until everyone is done.

Cons

- Horrible pay/no living wage - Non-inclusive work culture (from what I experienced) - Upper management not as interested in zero waste goals despite being the company mission
