Plenty of room for growth! If you master your current position and you come to work and do your job well, and if you can stretch yourself a bit and help others and help with projects, you are recognized and can get promoted to other positions. Supportive management, mentoring program, leadership training, generous paid time off in CA.

Cons

Some old school managers not open to new ideas and change.

Cons

Company Culture is misrepresented by corporate. Management comprised of old-school bullies. Lots of bigots. You get to endure a lot of nastiness. Worst job I’ve ever had. Makes you wonder why there is high turnover.
