      Pros

      Awesome benefits afforded to most employees (Defined Benefit Pension Plan, ESOP, company covers majority of cost of health benefits). Great vision for a future of "world without waste".

      Archaic systems and lack of infrastructure for day-to-day tasks.

      Bigoted shop boss, constant bullying by management and coworkers, no representation from Human Resources. Racial and homophobic slurs regularly used by workers. My boss openly used racial and homophobic slurs. One of the drivers would goosestep across the yard and throw his hand up in a Sieg Heil gesture. Unacceptable. The worst environment I've worked on due to the nastiness of the coworkers and managers. The dirty and physically demanding nature of the work didn't bother me.
