-The “snake pit” review said it well. There seems to be a constant blame game going on versus creating a space where employees can own their mistakes, learn from them, and make improvements for the greater good of the company. Do not expect anyone to have your back unless you’re a favorite (the favoritism is rampant and to be a favorite, you basically have to prioritize Recorded Future above all else, say yes to everything, and sacrifice your personal life…and dignity at that). I’ve never seen such little team work and collaboration. Different teams are too busy placing blame on one another. People are also constantly trying to one up each other/be the most brilliant person in the room. -Fast paced and heavy workload. The volume of work along with the expectations was unrealistic. Leadership did not view or treat employees as human. It was all very robotic. -Ineffective and worthless management. From what I saw, most managers didn’t do a whole lot except maybe sit on internal meetings all day and “talk the talk.” Very rarely did managers step in to actually help or contribute anything of value. -Not female friendly. Boys club mentality on several teams. -Just overall very toxic!

The company is a snake pit. Narcissistic middle & top management. Product is expensive and hard to sell. so they try to push their products through marketing rather than better technology. They stuck in the past..
