Pros

Pay is fair. All staff are nice and help each other.

Cons

Could train on documentation requirements more. If possible, get someone that knows & is willing to teach you on your few days of orientation.

Pros

Nice people to work with. Nursing staff is amazing.

Cons

Out-dated benefits. HR is slow and not quick to do their job but expect you to respond quickly. The CON is biased and judgmental and talks bad about all staff. The CEO is good but lets people walk all over him.

Cons

Long shifts (12 hrs) old building, insurance isn’t great, work short a lot
