Horrible management, manipulation, and definitely lots of corporate bs going on. If you do something wrong, they will give you more work but make it seem like they don’t do anything wrong I would stay away from this place. They make it seem like you mean something

Benefits, pay, bonus were competitive.

Cons

Management structure is unlike anything you will experience elsewhere. Very obscure structure, maybe even nonexistent. Management there have little to no experience, and only experience there is very unusual. Hard to explain. Most of mgmt only know mgmt from their roles at that facility, and are unwilling to change to industry standards.
