Pros

- Lots of overtime pay if you are willing to work long days - Some of the best benefits I have ever had - The people are very diverse and offer some great camaraderie

Cons

- The work/life balance.. Many days I worked for up to 12 hours and a couple I did even more than that. For a Sales Trainee it's not awful because you are hourly so at least you are getting paid for the long days in what is usually overtime, but it's still worth mentioning. I do not have a family to take care of so it is okay for me.

Nice place but not a lot of room to grow

Pros

Good benefits, fun casual atmosphere, nice people

Cons

Since all important business decisions and the organizational structure are dictated by Austria, there really isn't room to grow here. Mid level management is generally the peak for anyone's career here, unless you're joining at the executive level
