The benefits and being out in the market meeting new people are the best parts of the job.

Cons

The culture is supposed to be like family full of energy and caring. However at this particular location it's nothing that Red Bull stands for.

Cons

- Travel time (specifically driving time) is much greater than communicated in the job description - Limited visibility and opportunity for growth if located in a remote market - Leadership team's management style varies across each region - Promotions offered are not consistent from employee to employee - Capped salary
