Pros

Despite its growing size and complexity, Red Bull remains an organization focused on field level success and executions. Employees have plenty or responsibilities and are empowered and expected to bring novel solutions to the table for any challenge or opportunity they identify in the organization or business landscape.

Cons

The flip side of the coin is that some people struggle with limited direction or a sense of overwhelming expectations. Additionally, being a heavily field based organization, one can feel isolated at times. However this is more of an issue of an individual's self awareness and accurate estimation if this is actually a company style they want to work in.
