Pros

Decent pay and benefits but that's about it.

Cons

Ridiculous amount of hours, early start time, very physical, managers stress "integrity" but have none. It shouldn't be a stressful job, but the managers make it stressful. Very boring and monotonous.

The good and the bad

Pros

I was hired right out of college and they are starting to see the value of hiring from within. Young company filled with very ambitious individuals. The benefits are great and the company offers a lot of awesome programs and opportunities.

Cons

Work/life balance can be difficult. Very much a culture where many are consumed by the job and expect that you should be as well. Constant emails from management while your on vacation requesting one thing or another. Fire drills at least once a week as management freaks out frequently. Often asked to complete projects with little direction on what they are looking for. The biggest con in my opinion is that there are many employees just trying to get ahead including management. Managers often pass the blame, lie, or retract previous statements to make themselves look better.

Pros

Great product to represent and Great benefits!

Cons

High monthly goals, reroutes every year, change in pay happens often, lower pay than before, work long hours 11+, micromanaging DSM with no real direction, divided teams, dead-end position unless you're a "yes man", no real HR support, treated as a "step sibling" compared to RBNA employees, modern day slavery
