Pros

Autonomy. Independence. Fast paced cutting edge environment. Exciting environment, constantly pushing new ideas and next level events and projects. We pull off here what would be impossible nearly anywhere else.

Cons

Very streamlined workforce (ie not enough headcount) for the output that is expected. Cultural difference between Austrian leadership and US leadership often lead to decisions that are not as successful in the US. No work/life balance. The job is a lifestyle not a 9 to 5. Young either thrive in this environment or you don't.

Pros

Red Bull North America is a great place to work. The employees come from all walks of life and are generally very welcoming. The company is a global brand that is instantly recognizable.

Cons

Although the company prides itself on being young and innovative- Red Bull is an extremely vertical structure in terms of hierarchy. The company has an extremely high turnover rate in general- from temporary employees to executives and everything in between.
