Pros

-Get to work at cool events both branded and unbranded (lolla) -Travel to other markets for events within Region -generous salary for the job - team becomes your family and it's like hanging out with a friend every shift - free Red Bull - you're given a lot of freedom and are not directly supervised during shifts - I already miss driving the iconic mini cooper

Cons

- events can sometimes be pretty unorganized - managers tend to play favorites - moving up within the company is hard and very competitive -part time employees aren't really given the time of day or able to interact with higher up managers to really get a foot in the door to try and create relationships to further their development

Pros

Great benefits and great to represent a great product.

Cons

Being in a satellite office there is no attention from management to get help and support. No incentives giving the employees a chance to experience the “RedBull” culture. Instead it’s what are you gonna do next???

Pros

Great in field work experience. You get to plan your own shifts (with guidelines and goals to hit). You get to attend cool events and those who you work with a great!

Cons

As a female in this position you are subject to sexual harassment from consumers who you are interacting with at events and on shifts. Also, don't drink the "Redbull Kool Aid", yes it is a good company but so many of the workers are high off of their own supply (literally they make you drink Redbull on the job all the time). All anyone in Redbull sees is Redbull, they don't see past the brand / product, it comes off a bit pretentious and bro-ey at times.
