Fun, but still a job

Pros

Red Bull is great at providing their employees with a lot of social activities. I feel like there were frequent happy hours at the office, super fun parties around different holidays and the ability to tack onto other local/regional RB events. They have a great employee health program as well, and promote fitness through providing ways for employees to get outside.

Cons

Honestly, it's still just a job. I went from a super traditional corporate environment to RB and it was way better, but you're still sitting at a desk 8+ hours every day. Your experience totally depends on who your manager and department heads are.

Pros

Freedom, ability to build strong bonds in the market with clients. Strong brand makes you proud to represent. Monday-Friday.

Cons

Absolutely no support in the market as far as merchandising, accounts are left in limbo between visits by asm. Often loose market share do to poor communication and lack of promotion execution provided by red bull. Asm feels on island by themself.

Pros

You build some really great friendships here and the culture is fun and hard working. There's always an event and, of course, free red bull.

Cons

While the culture is work hard, play hard...they work you into the ground at times and it's easy to burn out. Most people don't last past the 2 year mark for various reasons. Senior management has had issues with mishandling problems, causing office drama and unneeded tension. There is not much investment in the growth of the employee.
