Pros

Awesome brand to represent in the energy category

Cons

Dont be fooled this RBDC NOT RBNA which i hear is an awesome place to work and their employees really do get taken care of.poor communication form management, poor equipment, outrageous time standards and stops expected per day, never invited to events , long long days if you have young kids probably not for you. Bonuses being tweaked and theres a cap on incentives if they tell you there isnt its a lie. they prefer you don't go apove your set goal.

Pros

The people you work with are generally decent and positive, aside from some management. The pay is better than if you're just working in a convenience store, and they try to make the atmosphere somewhat enjoyable when having a meeting.

Cons

FIRST: Training was slim to NONE, thrown in to begin work on a major holiday without any formal training. After the holidays died down there was still no effort to show me the do's and don'ts, never got feedback on my work until I slipped up on something down the line that I was never shown to do in the first place. SECOND: The expectation is that your life is your job, and vice versa, you'll be contacted by one manager or another on your days off, not to mention the days they call you to come and cover for someone else's position which you are also never going to be trained to do. THIRD: Never ever ever get paid on time, if so it's the wrong amount. FOURTH: 100% feel unwanted in this position, put in my two weeks notice and was persuaded to stay because we're so despicably understaffed. Management seems to just be trying to play the role of running a company. FIFTH: Bumped everyone down to "Part Time" but still working full time hours, and they keep adding new methods and requirements to the job that just make it harder and harder to cut down on time, especially when we're understaffed. Full time hours, fairly taxing labor and driving, but no health insurance, or vacation time. A horrifying way to do business.
