Pay was not good enough for the stress

hours work semi well for kids in school and managers are somewhat willing to be flexible to adhere to family matters. areas to move up are plentiful after you've been in the position for a year.

Cons

Back to office energy was disgusting and rude towards anyone who would be a single parent and was absolutely horrible for anyone who has children. The VP was extremely rude and the upper management doesn't care about their employee's finances enough when they need to commute to work to pay them well enough and then berate them because they need to take out a loan to afford gas to go into work.
