Decent benefits Free drinks Nothing else really

Cons

I used to work here judging by the reviews everywhere many are accurate. Decent benefits(more vacation days would be nice), you get free drinks. Pay is below average compared to other businesses in this expanding Charlotte market. I also heard a bunch of managers and employees have quit, shows nothing has changed and execs still are stuck in the old ways of thinking and don’t care about rewarding their employees for their hard work. Good employees can only take so much before the find greener pastures.

Not the same job that I was hired to do!

Pros

Rapid advancement for new hires, especially if you are a smoker and spend time in the bosses office. Vacation time, newer equipment, uniform policy.

Cons

Having to share your truck with a smoker. Shortage on your pay, not paid for the miles you run. Mandatory 6 day work week! Losing drink customers. Becoming a truckload carrier, becoming a 24/7 driving job. Different rules for different driver's, smoking policy not enforced, but when the bosses upstairs vape in the office why should they tell you not to smoke or vape in company equipment!

Friendships I made during my time there.

Cons

The company is not what Coca Cola intended it to be. Discrimination is rampant especially where gender and pay are concerned. They DO NOT protect their employees. The department heads and human resources are a joke. Trust me they DO NOT work for the employees only for the department heads.
