Pros

Small business, but really doing its very best to give the best possible to its employees. They are always trying to improve and enhance both the employee satisfaction and customer's satisfaction from experience with Red Gate. I believe their corporate culture is one of the top-notch. Every individual in the corporate genuinely tries to help and support you.

Cons

It's a small business, still in the early beginnings. Their business model is focussed in technology-related services only. They do not have a product of their own. Currently, most business or employment opportunities are tied to government contracts. Your employment experience will be mostly driven and influenced by what you get from the government team onsite at the government. Corporate has a limited headcount, which is reasonable assuming their smaller size at this time. I would have loved to be part of corporate rather than the government, but that's all I have got to live with or quit.

Leadership team treats employees really well and are very appreciative.

Cons

Like many small companies created during the "surge" heyday, this company is losing business to other companies who underbid Federal contracts to substitute technically acceptable performance for excellence.
